Casa Oliva was in the 1930s as an opulent townhouse. In 2018, it was converted into an exclusive boutique hotel, maintaining its original architectural uniqueness.

The interior design of Casa Oliva is a masterpiece of traditional Mexican architecture in terms of color and materials. The hotel blends historical elements with contemporary minimalism.

One of the key design features of the hotel is the use of natural, local materials. Every detail was designed based on traditional Mexican aesthetic concepts, with terracotta tiles on the floors, light wood furniture, and walls painted in warm shades of beige, light green, and brown, reflecting the Mexican Art Deco style.

Hanging Garden in the rooftop

The hotel's main entrance resembles a speakeasy. Heavy doors open into a narrow, short hallway, which leads to a well-lit indoor garden, with rooms overlooking it.

Instead of a traditional lobby, Casa Oliva uses its rooftop as the venue's hub. A place to have cocktails and drinks, and enjoy the afternoon sun, featuring spacious seating areas and tropical plants.

The hotel also has a small gym with weights for those who maintain their workout routine during vacation (yay!).

Every Suite is a unique apartment

The rooms at Casa Oliva are designed as spacious suites. The heart of each suite is the living room and open kitchen, allowing guests to cook for themselves. Every kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary items, making it a true vacation apartment in the city center.

The walls of the suites are decorated with local artworks and antique objects, all of which tell a visual story for guests throughout their stay.
